The new version of media player is buggy and bloated, stayed with 9
it is better.

Ok EROL ,it's just an easy program that updates the software that
you are using on your PC,,so it's automatic,,just follow the
guide,but sometimes,some updates are not available,...

Hi, it's me agin I instaled the Nod32 Smart Security 32bit Program

this is how to active window, after you active window, you can
install WMP 11, IE 7, or even every software of microsoft
- go to Start/run and type regedit, a register window will open,
then follow this
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Current
Version\WPAEvents
double click on the OOBETimer and change the number 71 to 72
- close it and go to Start/run, type
%systemroot%\system32\oobe\msoobe.exe /a (there's a space between
.exe and /a)
- an Active window will appear choose "I want to telephone a
customer service representative to activate Windows" and click next
then click "Change Product key" and type those key on
DHXQ2-WRGCD-WGYJY-HHYDH-KKX9B after that, click Update, it will
bring you back to the Active window click on the "Remind me later"
button. DONE, just restart your computer, and install the WMP 11 or
anyother program you want on the microsoft.com site, if you want to
check, after restart your computer, go to Start/run type
%systemroot%\system32\oobe\msoobe.exe /a ,the active window will
appear with "Windows is activated"

I find my current version of Windows media player on XP is fine. I
tried to update it anyway because it told me to but i put the same
version on my system Each time I update something it still shows
as red in my SI window - they should fix that

Hi, mahendra,but i think it's better when you install the( windows
xp pro).so you can validate easily the copy of genuine
advantage....if not ,it won't be possible for you to get the new
w.m.p 11.....peace & light.

wmplayer is updated for vista. the update shown here is for xp.
most softwares shown here are updated on my pc and yet SI is asking
me to update it. This seems to be a bug!

I hate this program I recommend to use Media Player Classic.
